Evening Ease is especially designed for enjoying in the evening when you want something gentler but still flavorful. Because they still contain caffeine, if you are sensitive to caffeine we recommend having Evening Ease earlier in the evening or in a smaller serving to help minimize potential sleep disruption as caffeine can affect people differently and may linger for several hours after consumption.
